Agrasen Step Well

The incredible step well at Agrasen in Rajastan is the inspiration for my third box based on Indian step wells. Unlike the many square, symmetrical step wells, this one is long and narrow with the well at the end of a very long staircase. I used the basic design of Agrasen for this box, but added elements from other step wells. The outer wood is pommele sapele and the inner wood is English maple. The box is 7"h - 22"l -10"w.
